・配送依頼を受けた荷主様・弊社ドライバー様へのヒアリングを行い、ドライバーの配送業務を円滑に進める。
・弊社ドライバー様の稼働計画・シフトの作成及びフォローなど。
・荷主様への交渉など。
バイトリーダーや、エリアマネージャー的なイメージで大丈夫です

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥291,955 〜 ¥514,480は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥73,395(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
