仕事内容:

北米・ヨーロッパ・中国の海外メーカーとやり取りをしながら、

商品の発注〜輸入〜国内出荷までを支える「貿易事務」のお仕事です。

「貿易事務は初めて」「業界経験は浅い」という方でも、

基本からしっかり覚えていける環境なのでご安心ください。

実務を通じて、海外取引の流れやアパレル業界の知識が自然と身についていきます。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 海外メーカーへの発注業務

└ 各メーカーの発注フォームやルールを理解し、正確にオーダー

  • メーカーとの各種やり取り(メール/電話)

└ 納期・在庫・商品内容の確認

└ B品・誤入荷・納期遅延などの対応(最初はサポートから)

  • 輸入関連書類の作成・管理

└ インボイス、パッキングリスト、B/L など(フォーマットあり)

  • 出荷・輸送手配

└ フォワーダー/クーリエへのブッキング(Air/Ocean/Truck)

└ 送り状・ラベル作成、出荷手配

  • 社内連携

└ 営業・倉庫スタッフと連携し、発注・入荷・出荷の確認

  • イレギュラー対応

└ トラブル時の調整・確認業務(チームで対応します)

求める人材:

貿易事務(アパレル・海外取引サポート)において、以下の資格を求めます。

  • 貿易事務または関連業務の経験がある方
  • 基本的な英語力(読み書き)ができる方
  • PCスキル(特にExcel、Word)がある方
  • 周囲と連携しながら仕事を進めることができる方

  • 海外留学・海外居住経験がある方

ご応募をお待ちしております。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間はフレックスタイム制度を採用しています。コアタイムは10:00から15:00までとなり、フレキシブルに働くことができます。実働時間は1日あたり8時間となり、必要に応じて残業が発生する場合があります。なお、休憩時間は60分です。

屋内禁煙

アクセス:

日比谷線恵比寿駅から徒歩1分、山手線恵比寿駅から徒歩3分の距離です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥18,000〜¥25,500(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)昇給年1回、賞与年2回(6月、12月)

※昨年度実績:3.2か月分

  • 通勤手当支給(月上限20,000円まで)

フレックスタイム制度を採用しているため、勤務時間は柔軟に設定可能です。

給与には固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。
