【具体的な仕事内容】
『ニカイのとりとこ』での、
ホール・キッチン業務を中心に、店舗運営全般に関わっていただきます。
\業務一例/
・接客、オーダー、配膳などのホール業務
・焼酎とそれに合う料理のご提案(知識は入社後でOK)
・料理の調理補助、盛り付け
・季節メニューのアイデア出し
・SNS投稿やおすすめメニューの企画
・売上管理、スタッフのシフト調整 など

芋・麦・米・黒糖など、原料や造りの違いを楽しめる焼酎と

日々お客様にお届けしています。
料理はシンプルですが、素材選び・火入れ・組み立てには
しっかりとした考えが求められるので
確かな基礎と高い専門性が身につきます。

- ■Cさんの場合(年収456万円(月給38万円×12ヶ月)/35歳 店長 経験3年)
