埼玉県川口市の児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービスにて、正社員として子どもたちの成長を支えるお仕事です。

【お任せすること】

・日常生活のサポート:お友達と楽しく遊んだり、着替えや勉強のお手伝いをしたり、子どもたちが安心して過ごせる環境を作ります。

・情緒表現の育成:言葉や態度で自分の気持ちを表現できるよう、優しく寄り添いながら豊かな心を育む支援を行います。

・療育プログラムの実施:児童指導員としての専門スキルを活かし、個々の課題に合わせた最適な療育を提供していただきます。

〈児童発達支援〉

平日 :8時45分~17時45分

土日祝/ 8時45分~17時45分時

〈放課後等デイサービス〉

土日祝:長期休暇/ 9時~18時

・休憩1時間

残業はほとんどなく、時間外月平均10時間未満です

・放課後等デイサービス

平日:午前10時30分から午後7時30分

(午後2時から午後6時までが療育時間、送迎を前後1時間の間に行います)

(午前11時から午後4時までが療育時間、送迎を前後1時間の間に行います)

《給与について》

・基本給:15.2万円~

・試用期間 6ヶ月(雇用条件の変更なし)

・時間外手当:4.0万円(30時間相当分)

※時間外労働の有無に関わらず支給

※30時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
