営業職(フィールドセールス/インサイドセールス)

【募集背景】
・製造業DX・グローバル展開を推進中のため、営業組織の強化。
・新規プロダクトの拡販フェーズにあり、潜在課題の把握から提案までを実行できる人材が求められている。
【業務内容】
・製造業の経営層や部門キーマンに対し、同社プロダクトを通じた課題ヒアリング・提案活動。
・新規開拓営業(フィールド/日帰り出張あり)またはインサイドセールスとして、導入検討企業へのアプローチ・商談機会創出。
・戦略立案・アカウントプランニング・営業~マーケティング・プロダクト各部門と連携。
・該当する場合には、提案〜PoC(概念検証)〜契約まで、ソリューション営業型の高難易度案件対応。
【報酬・給与】
・年収レンジの例:450万円~1,200万円程度(経験・ポジションによる)
・別求人例:メンバー400万円~600万円/リーダー・マネージャー650万円~1000万円程度。
※選考・経験・スキルにより変動。ストックオプション付与の可能性あり。
【必須条件】
・法人向け営業経験(新規開拓、ソリューション提案など)2年以上などの経験が求められている。
・顧客課題を整理し、仮説を持って提案活動できる方(製造業知見歓迎)
