仕事内容


\法人向け越境ECサイト「OBC」の運営サポート/

世界中の法人バイヤー向けに、日本のリユースブランド品を販売する 「BRAND OFF -online buying club-(OBC)」の運営チームにて、 メール対応や出荷指示、在庫データの確認などをお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・海外法人顧客とのやりとり(英語メール中心)

・出荷関連業務(請求書発行、出荷指示など)

・Shopify操作(受注/在庫データの確認・入力)

・売上推移や在庫状況などの数値分析

・Photoshop等での商品画像の加工

・他部署(バイヤーチーム、システムチームなど)との連携、調整(日本語でのやりとり)

※業務はスキルに応じて調整します

OBC(BRAND OFF -online buying club-)は、これまでのB2Cのリユース販売から一歩進み、

この事業は、まだ立ち上げから間もないフェーズ。

WEB事業部のほか、営業企画部・システム部のメンバーが力を結集し、毎日のようにサイト改善や仕組み構築を進めています。

・英語を使った実務経験(読み書き中心/メール対応)

・ExcelやメールなどPC操作を含む事務業務経験

・社内での連携や相談ができる、基本的なコミュニケーションスキル

・Photoshopなど画像加工ソフトの使用経験

・越境ECや貿易業務の経験

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 31万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万5000円 〜 2万5000円

残業代は1分単位で支給します。

初年度想定年収:430万~460万
