* 業務内容

道路の修復・修繕作業です。

  • 道路の白線ライン引き(駐車場含む)
  • ガードレールや標識の設置・交換
  • 道路の改善工事 など

働きやすさのポイント

工具の移動など、多少の力作業がありますが

重いものは機械で移動するので、

負担は少なめです。

また、雨天時は集合時間を遅らせたり、

事前に休みにしたりと、社員の安全を

何よりも大切にしています

休みになる場合は有給を使用するため

給与が減る心配もありません

会社に出社後トラックで現場へ向かいます。

基本は1現場1日で終了、

早ければ2時間ほどで終わる現場もあり

  • 弊社担当エリア:市原市~南房総

市原市、袖ケ浦市、木更津市、君津市、

富津市あたりの現場がほとんどです。

まずは先輩のサポートから始めましょう

工具の準備や作業前の現場清掃など、

現場を知ることからスタート。

慣れてきたら少しずつ、

作業をレクチャーしていきます。

8:00 事務所(本社)に出勤、現場へ移動

9:00 作業開始

12:00 休憩

13:00 作業再開

16:00 片付けをし終了

明日の準備&移動

17:00 夕礼後に退勤

※基本的に、17時に事務所へ戻れるよう、

16時頃に作業の片づけを行います。

17時に戻れない場合は、

残業代として支給します。

(移動時間も残業代支給対象です)

  • 夏場はこまめに休憩を取るなど、

暑さ対策もしっかり行っています。

車の中には冷蔵庫もあるため、

事務所にある氷と飲み物を

現場へ持参しています。

* 一生モノの資格を取得可

小型移動式クレーン・玉掛け・

車両系建設機械などの技能検定や、

土木施工管理技士(1・2級)などの

【 国家資格 】もすべて会社が費用を負担

資格取得後は手当も支給され、

収入アップが可能です。

数か月~数年単位の長期でサポートをしますので

週休2日制(隔週土曜・日曜・祝日)

※土曜は隔週休みですが、閑散期(4月~11月)は土日祝休みにしたり、月の土曜出社を1日だけにしたりと、待遇改善に積極的に取り組んでいます

基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

※10代の方:月給21万円~スタート
