2026年3月28日開業。「OIMACHI TRACKS(大井町トラックス)」に、DEAN & DELUCAの新店舗がオープンします。

今回は、その立ち上げを担うオープニングスタッフの募集です。

【好待遇】 月給25万円以上も可能(マネージャー候補は月給30万円~)。前職給与を最大考慮します。

具体的なお仕事内容

接客・販売・店舗運営業務をお任せします。

世界中から集めた「食のセレクトショップ」で、お客様に新しい食の楽しみ方を提案してください。

  • 具体的な業務内容(網羅的に学べます)

・接客・販売: 商品のご説明、食べ方のご提案、レジ対応

・ギフト提案: 季節の贈り物や手土産など、用途に合わせた箱詰め・ラッピング提案

・VMD・売場づくり: 商品の魅力を引き出すディスプレイ、陳列、POP作成

・品質管理: 商品の検品、賞味期限管理、鮮度チェック

・計数管理: 発注業務、在庫管理、売上管理

・クリンリネス: 店内清掃、衛生管理

  • 店舗全体のマネジメントへ

基本は「販売業務」がベースとなりますが、カフェの要素が強く店舗展開をされる形となります。

そのため、販売業務に慣れてきたら併設のカフェ業務(ドリンク作成や提供など)も担っていただき、

将来的には店舗全体を販売・管理できるよう育成を進めていきます。

※バリスタ等の経験者は、カフェ部門の勤務スタートとなる場合もあります。

勤務地について

オープンまでの期間は、近隣の旗艦店で研修・勤務いただきます。

※研修期間中の勤務地は面接等でご説明いたします。

※配属は場合によっては、異なる場合がございます。

資格


・社員として(業種問わず)1年以上の勤務経験がある方 (必須)

・「DEAN & DELUCA」が好きな方

・「お客様の笑顔が見たい」というホスピタリティ溢れる方

・食べること、飲むことが大好きで、その楽しさを誰かに伝えたくなっちゃう方

・飲食や販売の経験がある方(もちろん大歓迎&優遇します)

・チームでお店を盛り上げていくのが好きな方

・スキルアップしたい成長したいという意欲のある方

・人とコミュニケーションを取るのが好きな方

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

7:00~22:00内でシフト制

※店舗により異なります

22:00以降深夜手当有

月給 25万575円~40万920円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり2万5575円~4万920円(固定残業時間:15時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

マネージャー/月給30万705円~

交通費:交通費支給
