仕事内容:


総務経理業務全般

会計伝票の起票・入力、請求書のチェック・発送

預金の入手管理・振込業務、勤怠管理、給与計算

電話対応、運転業務、その他総務全般の業務

簡単な入力作業も多く、難しいPC操作などはございません。

未経験でも安心してご応募ください。

運転業務の内容:週に1回程度、郵便局や銀行に出掛ける用事があります。

車種:軽自動車

1日の流れについて

8:30~ 出社・勤怠管理

9:00~ 書類作成等

11:00~ 来客対応・郵便物の発送処理

12:00~ 1時間休憩

13:00~ 移動

14:00~ 請求書の確認

15:00~ 会計伝票の作成

16:00~ 預金関係の確認

17:00~ 入力作業

17:30 退勤

<応募要件>

  • 経験不問

・学歴 高卒以上

・資格 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)必須

・基本的なPC操作ができればOK(ワード・エクセル)
