【仕事内容】

ラクスル事業の全プロダクトチームに対して、Webプロダクト全体の開発や運営に関して適用される標準的な開発プロセスの策定・整備、CI/CD環境の整備、各種ツールの導入や生産性メトリクスの取得等、事業部が開発・運営するWebプロダクトに関わる業務に幅広く関わり、ラクスル事業全体のプロダクトチームの開発プロセス全体の最適化や生産性向上の推進の中核を担っていただきます。

(具体的な業務内容)

■Developer Productivityメトリクス計測と指標の改善

・計測、改善

・ツール・ベストプラクティスの導入(e.x. 内製ツール開発、Github Copilot導入)

■プロダクトチームのサポート

・CI/CD 環境整備、改善

・技術基盤系イシューの解決、改善

・改善要望のヒアリング/解決に向けた企画化

■SREチームと連携した、インフラ構成・コスト最適化

・プロダクトセキュリティに関する企画・推進

・セキュアコーディングの推進

・脆弱性診断の企画

■自チーム内エンジニアのマネジメント

・評価、育成、採用

■積極的な外部への発信

【求める人材】

【必須】

■ソフトウェア開発チームでのメンバーマネジメント経験(2年以上)

■Webアプリケーションの開発経験(言語、toB/toC問わず、5年以上)

■モダンWebフレームワークを用いた開発の実務経験

■DevOps、SREのいずれかのご経験

■開発プロセスに関する一般的な手法や方法論の知識・経験

【歓迎】

・CI/CDの知識(GitHub Actions、 AWS CodePipeline、 Bitbucket

・Pipelines、 GitLab CI/CD、 Circle CI、 Travis CI、 Jenkins等)

・各種BIツールを用いた分析のご経験(Redash、 Power BI、 domo、 Tableau、 Looker等)

・DevOps系SaaSサービスの管理経験

・メトリクス分析や開発チームへの改善提案のご経験

・開発プロセスの策定や最適化、生産性向上活動のご経験

・コンサルティング業務のご経験

【給与】

700万円~1300万円

※年収は前職考慮の上、経験・スキルに応じて決定します。

※固定残業手当は月45H分想定、超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給※株式報酬含む
