募集背景
楽天モバイルユーザーの最大化、営業組織における組織成長及び生産性向上に向けての組織強化
・コールセンターの運営企画、管理、委託ベンダーの管理、関連する各種課題の解決に携わっていただきます。
・コールセンターの運営は業務委託をしており、直接ユーザーとコミュニケーションを取ることは基本的にありません。
・本ポジションでの経験を通じ、将来的には社内並びに楽天グループ内の多様なポジションにてキャリアを築いていただくことも可能です。
業務内容
(共通)
・コールセンター及び組織内の業務プロセスの標準化と最適化に向けた改善業務
・コールセンター及び組織内のKPI設計、管理
・コールセンター委託ベンダー、社内関連組織を跨ぐ各種プロジェクトの企画提案、運営
・コールセンターに集まる問い合わせの解決に向けた関係他部署との連携
(a)コールセンターのオペレーション管理
・コールセンターリソースやナレッジの活用に関する業務企画、社内関連部署に向けた提案
・コールセンター委託ベンダーとの折衝、連携
・ユーザーからの問い合わせの解決に向けた関係部署、コールセンターとの連携
・コールセンター内のナレッジ管理
(b)コールセンターベンダーのの運営リソース管理
・コールセンター及び組織内の業務プロセスの標準化と最適化に向けた改善業務
・コールセンターのキャパシティ管理、WFM
・コールセンターの稼働量予測、稼動状況管理
・各委託ベンダーの受発注管理、コスト管理
(c)コールセンターの各種業務システム管理
・コールセンター及び組織内の業務プロセスの標準化と最適化に向けたシステム改善に関する企画提案
・各種業務システムの管理、運用、保守
・各種業務システム開発部署との連携、開発要望、改善提案
・各種業務システムアカウント管理
働く環境
5名のメンバーと2名のマネージャーで構成されています。
モバイル業界やコールセンター業界だけでなく、新卒メンバーや未経験者でも活躍しているメンバーが多いチームです。
必須要件:
事業会社における業務プロセス改善、業務効率化の実務経験 1年以上またはコールセンター業務の経験
歓迎要件:

・業務プロセスに関する知識(BPM、業務フロー作成、業務分析など)
・コミュニケーション能力(関係部署との連携、ヒアリング能力)
・論理的思考力、問題解決能力
・PCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)
・コールセンター管理に関する実務経験
・チャットボット等AIツールの導入、運用経験
(b)コールセンターベンダーのの運営リソース管理
・データ分析の実務経験(定量分析・統計解析・仮説検証など)
・基本的な統計学の理解(平均・分散・回帰分析・A/Bテストなど)
(c)コールセンターの各種業務システム管理
・システムアドミニストレータ業務経験
・コールセンターシステム運用管理、IVR構築に関する知識、経験
