Yokohama Honeywell

As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and service for our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining our advanced automation systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Tokyo, Japan location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our service operations by ensuring that our systems are running optimally and that our customers receive the highest level of support. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues and enhancing customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Honeywell automation systems at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service reports.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to automation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
