企業を取り巻く環境の変化が激しさを増し、経営環境がより厳しくなる中、経営の基盤となるガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンス(GRC)に対する社会の要請や期待、さらには法令や監督当局による要求や監督目線がますます高まっています。

PwCJapan有限責任監査法人のGRC(ガバナンス・リスク・コンプライアンス・アドバイザリー部)は、GRC領域の圧倒的な専門性を武器に、このような社会の変革に対峙する大手金融機関やグローバル企業等のクライアントが抱える重要な経営課題の解決を支援しています。

【業務内容】

■企業等におけるガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンスの重要性は益々高まっており、PwCは企業等のこれらの機能の評価・分析、アウトソーシング、アドバイザリー等によって支援する機会が増加しています。とりわけ、昨今多くの企業が取り組みを進めるDX(データ利活用によるビジネス・オペレーションの変革)の領域については、現場部門だけでなく、管理部門における対応のための各種支援の要請が年々高まっています。

■このような企業等のニーズに応えるため、企業等の管理部門や現場部門でDX施策の立案や推進の現場管理者・リーダーとしての実務経験のある方を募集しています。あるいは、コンサルティングファームや監査法人等において、次に例示するようなプロジェクトにプロジェクトマネージャー・リーダーとして関与した経験のある方を募集しています。

★プロジェクトのイメージ(DX領域)★

・DXを活用したリスク低減施策の立案、推進の支援(業務・リスクの調査、DX活用による業務・コントロールの高度化・改善案の検討と導入 等)

・クライアントの管理部門(コンプライアンス部門、リスク管理部門、内部監査部門、財務・経理部門等)が実施するDX活用したアセスメントやモニタリング等の高度化施策の立案、推進の支援(各種DXツールを活用したリスク評価やモニタリング、監査や点検業務の効率化・高度化案の検討と導入 等)

・クライアントの管理部門(コンプライアンス部門、リスク管理部門、内部監査部門、財務・経理部門等)が実施するGRCツールや内部監査ツールの導入支援(構想策定、要件整理、製品比較、導入プロジェクトのマネジメント支援)

・クライアントの内部監査部門が実施するDX領域(DXの管理・推進態勢、各種DX施策等)を対象とした内部監査の実施支援

・生成AIを活用した内部監査およびJ-SOX業務の高度化・効率化

・BI/ETLツール、AI-OCRおよび生成AIを活用したコンプライアンス業務の高度化・効率化

・Webスクレイピングと生成AIを活用した海外金融規制等の情報収集と分析業務の効率化

・生成AIを活用したコンプライアンスの意識調査と傾向分析

・有価証券報告書等の開示情報に対する生成AIを活用した新たなリスク分析手法の導入

登録資格 Qualification

■応募要件:DX領域

・企業等(業界・業種問わず)のDX施策推進の統括部門における実務経験者

・企業等(業界・業種問わず)の管理部門(リスク管理部門、コンプライアンス部門、内部監査部門、経理・財務部門等)や現場部門(営業部門、各オペレーション部門等)でDX施策(データ利活用によるビジネス・オペレーションの変革)の立案や推進の実務経験者

・コンサルティングファームや監査法人等において、DXに関するプロジェクトの経験者

・システムベンダーでのシステム構築の経験者、IT関連コンサルティング・プリセールスの経験者

■応募要件:AI領域

・デジタルプロダクト・サービス開発・導入推進に関するプロジェクトマネジャー経験

・企業の経営管理、リスク管理に関する業務DX化の経験

・ガバナンス、リスク管理、コンプライアンス、内部監査、J-SOXなどの業務に関するドメイン知識

・生成AI、機械学習、自然言語処理、RPA、BI/ETLツール、ノーコード/ローコード開発ツール、AI OCR、Webスクレイピングなどの技術やツールを用いたアプリケーション開発やデータ分析経験

・プログラミング経験(Python / R / VBA / Java / C /SQL等)

・AWS/Azure/GCP等のクラウド環境構築経験

■歓迎要件

・BIツール、ETLツール、RPA等のDXツールの活用、GRCツールや内部監査ツールの導入について、企業やコンサルティングファーム・監査法人等における実務経験者

・IT、サイバー・情報セキュリティに関する資格保持者(公認情報システム監査人(CISA)、公認情報セキュリティマネージャー(CISM)、CISSP、情報処理安全確保支援士等)勤務地 Work Location
