iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Supply Chain Coordinator VIE within our Supply Chain Digital Transformation & Automation team, you'll actively contribute to the definition of our future digitalization footprint and implement the advanced digital tools and business data warehouse.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain's (SC) digitalized automation activities that aim to develop excellence and performance in its functions through a framework of continuous improvement.
• Join the global/regional project of Digital Technology and/or Supply&demand planning and/or Customer care to work collaboratively with other countries' SC and digital team members.
• Assist global system implementations to proceed/help the user requirement definition, gap analysis, statistical/transactional data preparation, User Acceptance Test, and after-go-live support.
• If necessary, collaborates with different partners internally (Supply Chain, Marketing, Production, Quality, Distribution, Finance, etc.) and externally.

About you

Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Care.
• Experience in Project Management and Digital Tool Implementation (Digital transformation), Kaizen (Improvement activity).

Soft and technical skills:

• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and preferably Business Data Warehouse and Automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate seamlessly with people at different levels of the organization, problem-solving attitude.
• Well organized, strong mind and good at maths.
• Good listening, planning, and organizational skills.
• Attentive towards details, good team player & a quick learner.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar field.

Languages:

• Fluent in English.
• Japanese knowledge is highly preferred.
