■業務内容
銀行の多岐にわたる業務システムについて、
企画・要件定義といった上流工程から、設計・開発・テスト・保守まで、
一貫して携わっていただくポジションです。

■応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
<経験>
・アプリケーション開発を3年以上経験 ※業界問わず
・プログラミングを1年以上経験 ※言語は不問。
<スキル・知識>
・主体性及び開発メンバーやユーザーと円滑に業務を進める為のコミュニケーションスキル
【歓迎(WANT)】
<経験>
以下のいずれかの開発経験をお持ちの方
・ユーザーから業務要件をヒアリングし、システム化提案に参画した経験
・提供ベンダーからパッケージシステムの仕様をヒアリングし、業務への適用を検討した経験
・開発ベンダーを率いてプロジェクトをリードした経験
・金融機関で一般的に使用する用語に関する知識
・グローバルプロジェクト、複数プロジェクトを跨ぐプログラムでのプロジェクト推進、開発した経験
・SaaS導入開発経験
・ERP(会計ソリューション)パッケージ開発経験
・ETLツール開発経験
<スキル・知識>
・業務アプリケーション開発手法(ウォータフォール型開発、アジャイル型開発)
<資格>
・情報処理技術者試験(応用情報技術者資格以上)
・各種ベンダー資格(AWS/Oracle/LPIC)
<語学>
英語
※配属部署により海外拠点や、海外ベンダーと協業する機会もあり。
一部会議、資料は英語となる為、苦手意識や拒否反応がないこと。
実務経験はなくても向上心があれば問題なし。
