仕事内容


FCキッチンオープニング トレーナー【家庭料理の配達サービス「つくりおき.jp」展開】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

・新規FCキッチンにて、製造オペレーションを現地スタッフへ指導

・「安全・品質・ルール」を守り、期日通りに製造できる体制づくり

・製造工程の標準化、教え方の工夫、報告・記録(Googleツール使用)

・開業後の加盟店キッチンの巡回・サポート

・開業マニュアルやプロセスの改善(省力化・自動化・定量化)

・運営支援チームと連携し、安定した製造・事業成長を支援

全国各地での新規出店が進む「つくりおき.jp」のフランチャイズ(FC)キッチン。その立ち上げ期を支えるトレーナー職を募集します。

  • 入社後の流れ

STEP1:直営キッチンでのトレーニング

・仕込み~調理~パッキングまでの流れ、管理業務、衛生管理などをOJTで習得。

・マニュアルも整っており、安心して学べる環境です。

STEP2:約3ヶ月で業務習得・社内認定

・スキルチェックや面談、座学研修を通じて認定を取得いただきます。

配属先はご経験・通勤可能圏・適性などを踏まえて決定いたします。

【勤務時間】

シフト制:8:00~22:00の間(実働8時間、休憩1時間)※業務都合により変更となる場合があります(勤務シフト表にて事前にご案内します)時間外労働あり/月平均10~20時間

自社キッチンを設け、プロの調理人や栄養士が手作りした家庭料理を提供する、共働き世帯向けフードデリバリー サービス「つくりおき.jp」を提供しています。

「あらゆる家庭から義務をなくす」の義務の解消による家庭内の時間を豊かにしたり、自己実現ができる社会を目指し、事業を展開しております。

【今後の展望】

未配送エリアのお客さまに「つくりおき.jp 」を届けられるよう準備を進めています。その後は様々なターゲットの方にご活用いただけるようサービス内容を向上させていきたいと考えており、将来的には「炊事」以外のあらゆる「家庭の義務」をなくすサービスを検討しています。

【募集背景】

全国各地での新規出店が進む「つくりおき.jp」のフランチャイズ(FC)キッチン。

この1年間で4つの食品工場を新たに開業。今後も出店が続くため、新規FCキッチンの立ち上げをリードできるトレーナーを増員募集します。
