水産飼料・ペットフード原料の提案営業 仕事内容


当社では、鳥・豚・牛・魚などの畜産・水産業を支える飼料原料の専門商社として、原料の仕入と販売を行っています。今回募集する職種は、主に水産/ペット業界向けに餌の原料となる魚粉や大豆蛋白等を販売する営業職になります。国内外の商社・メーカーから市場情報を収集し、品質・相場・供給安定性を見極めながら最適な原料を提案します。 国内はもちろん海外取引先との調整業務や、スタートアップとの協業、新規事業企画・推進のサポートなどこれからの国内外ビジネスを担う中核メンバーを目指すことができます。入社後は、原料の特性や相場の見方、商談の進め方などを先輩社員が丁寧に指導します。未経験の方でも安心してご応募ください。 *エリア:関西〜九州 *変更範囲:会社内でのすべての業務

資格

安定企業に腰を据えて長く働ける 未経験歓迎業界・営業経験不問 大学卒業以上 要普通自動車運転免許 基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等) FISHMEAL MATERIAL Dept.では中期経営計画に基づき、事業拡大を推進しています。水産養殖原料・ペットフード原料の販売強化、海外輸出入および三国間取引の拡大、SCMの確立等、事業領域は多岐にわたります。 この仕事は単なる商品手配ではなく、 水産養殖の安定生産 食の安全・供給の維持 といった"日本の食を支える基盤づくり"に深く関わる役割を担います。「畜産・水産業の現場を支えたい」「食の安定供給に貢献する仕事がしたい」、そんな想いを持つ方に、大きなやりがいを感じていただけると思います。 水産養殖業務に関する知識や経験を存分に活かすことのできるお仕事です

給与

月給 22万9,580円 〜 27万1,770円 ※基本給・固定残業代・地域手当の総額 基本給:月給 17万円 〜 20万4,000円 固定残業代:あり(給与形態と同じ単位で支給) 1ヶ月あたり4万4,580円 〜 5万2,770円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間) 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する 地域手当:1万5,000円 給与例 387万円/25歳(入社3年) 400万円/27歳(入社5年)

・通勤手当(上限:10万円/月) ・残業手当(固定残業を超える分)

勤務時間

9:00~17:45(実働7時間45分/休憩60分)
