日々、複数の業務が同時に動く、

テンポの速い事務ポジションです。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

データ入力やメール対応、

請求書・領収書の処理など

事務業務全般をお任せします。

・電話・来客対応(営業不在時)

・契約書の作成・管理

・勤怠管理・採用サポート

・備品管理・発注 など

協力しながら幅広い業務を経験できる、

成長できる環境です。

日によって担当業務が変わるため、

飽きずに幅広く経験できます。

銀行への外出などもあり、

社内だけでなく

社外とのやり取りも担当します。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり17日 〜 21日

9:30~17:30

(休憩1時間)

  • 残業は月平均10時間程度

(残業は月末月初にあります)

月に合計3時間の

リラックスタイムを導入予定。

業務の合間にちょっと一息つける時間です。

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 32万5000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

・業績手当:5,000円~10,000円

・家族手当:10,000円
