<具体的な仕事内容.>
「難しそう…」と身構える必要はありません。
まずは簡単な業務からスタートし、少しずつできることを増やしていきましょう。
STEP 1:まずはここから(事務・サポート)
データ入力・管理: 予約状況や売上データの入力・集計。Excelスキルが自然と身につきます。
備品の発注・管理: クリニックで使う器具や消耗品のチェック。医師や看護師がスムーズに動けるようサポートします。
電話・メール対応: 患者様からの予約対応や、施術後のアフターフォロー(マニュアル完備で安心です)。
STEP 2:慣れてきたら(運営・企画)
業務効率化の提案: 「この作業、もっとこうすれば早くなるかも」といった気づきが喜ばれます。
数値分析: 売上データを見て「来月はここを強化しよう」といった経営のヒントを見つけます。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 20万5400円 〜 25万7400円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり6万6600円 〜 9万2600円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間 〜 50時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
- 給与額:月給272,000円~350,000円(固定残業代を含む)
