】を募集します。
このは、ソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、UI/UXデザイナー、データサイエンティストといった
テック人材の採用を日本およびAPAC地域で担うことに加え、
HRBPとして社員やマネージャーへのアドバイザリーやエンゲージメント施策を推進していただきます。
戦略的なリクルーターであると同時に、マネージャーや社員のパートナーとして活躍し、
リージョン全体で優秀な人材の獲得・定着・成長を実現していただきます。

■具体的な業務内容
タレントアクイジション(採用)
日本およびAPAC地域におけるソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、UI/UXデザイナー、データサイエンティストの採用全般をリード
- ハイアリングマネージャーやテックリーダーと協力し、採用要件を定義・ソーシング戦略を設計
- リージョナルな人材パイプラインを構築し、質の高い候補者体験を提供
- 採用市場のインサイトや戦略的提案をステークホルダーに提供
採用ブランディング、プロセス改善、ATS(Greenhouse)の活用推進などのプロジェクトを主導
HRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)
テック組織の社員やマネージャーの第一の相談窓口として人事関連の課題に対応
- リーダー層と連携し、組織課題の解決やチームの生産性向上をサポート
- Regional HRと協力して、社員エンゲージメントや定着率向上の施策を推進
- パフォーマンスマネジメント、キャリア開発、サクセッションプランニングをサポート
- HR戦略が事業ニーズと一致するよう、経営層へのインサイトやフィードバックを提供

Requirements
- 採用における3年以上の経験
- ソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、データサイエンティストの採用実績(複数国での経験尚可)
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- ATS(Greenhouse尚可)や採用データ分析の経験
