Tokyo Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc Full time

You will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of local commercialisation activities focused on the REGN sales teams in Dermatology indication. This includes REGN representation in cross-alliance coordination of local sales implementation. The Manager, Dermatology Commercialisation will support the build and supervise the execution of local brand and tactical plans and participate in regional activities as appropriate. The individual reports to Regeneron's Associate Director, Commercialisation in Japan.

A typical day may include:

  • Working with the Associate Director, Commercialisation Japan on the implementation of local commercialisation strategies across assigned therapeutic area (dermatology), in collaboration with Alliance partner.
  • Partner with the sales team in providing brand strategic direction.
  • Provide high quality input where required to local market development and commercial activities
  • Support implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materials.
  • Ensure a successful and productive working relationship with cross-functional colleagues and Regeneron's co-commercialisation partner.
  • Ensure tracking of agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.
  • Collaborate and provide input to Regeneron's regional organisation on strategies, tactics and insights.
  • Ensure training and development of the field force, (e.g. STEM, rolling out training initiatives) in collaboration with our partner.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the REGN global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process.

  • Established track record in successful marketing and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Outstanding knowledge of specialty care commercialisation in Japan
  • Strong business and analytical skills for ease of supervising and communicating key KPIs/metrics
  • Strong communication and social skills for both internal and external partners
  • Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
  • Able to operate in fast paced launch environment
  • Energetic self-starter with pragmatic and operationally oriented working style, excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 10-20% and willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed.
  • To be considered , you need

  • Education (Minimum) Requirements: Business degree or equivalent experience, Life Science degree a plus
  • Language (Minimum) Requirements: Proficiency in Japanese and business level English
  • 5+ years of "dynamic" industry/significant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, or related experience
  • Immunology/biologics/specialty care experience strongly preferred
  • Dermatology experience a plus
  • Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance a plus
  • Launch experience a plus
