【仕事内容】

介護パッケージの開発・導入プロジェクトを推進する業務です。

親会社が提供する介護パッケージプロダクトの開発および顧客への導入プロジェクトを牽引します。

チームの統括・管理、リスク・変更管理、コミュニケーションハブとしての役割を担い、

後進育成にも携わります。

プロジェクト推進に必要な情報収集と分析、改善提案、品質・生産性の向上にも貢献いただきます。

【具体的には】

・ ご自身の経験/スキルに応じた最適な規模のプロジェクトまたはチームを率いる

・ チームの統括・管理

・ 同社社員および協力会社メンバーで構成される開発・導入チームのスケジュール、進捗、

課題などを管理し、円滑なプロジェクト推進。

・ リスク・変更管理

・ プロジェクトに内在するリスクの特定と対策の実行。顧客やビジネス要求に基づく変更事項の評価と、

プロジェクト計画への反映・調整。

【求める人材】

・ 経験:IT(業務系Webアプリケーション)開発におけるリーダー(PL)またはマネージャー(PM)としての実務経験

【歓迎】

・ 介護保険制度、介護施設運営、またはヘルスケア分野における業務知識、システム利用経験。

・ アジャイル開発手法(スクラム等)を用いたプロジェクトマネジメント経験。

・ パッケージ製品の顧客環境への導入(インテグレーション)や、運用/保守フェーズの管理経験。

・ プロダクト戦略の策定など、プロジェクト管理を超えたプロダクトマネジメント経験。

・ メンバーの育成、目標設定、評価経験。

・ 開発プロセスの標準化および改善活動経験。

・ 部門を横断した組織課題の解決、経営層へのレポート経験。

【給与】

年収600~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
