【未経験OK/人柄重視の採用です】

創業72年、従業員290名の安定したモノづくり企業で、

「機械を守る」仕事にチャレンジしませんか?

設備メンテナンススタッフとして、工場の機械が止まらないように支える仕事です。

入社後は先輩が横について教えるOJTスタイル。

少しずつ覚えていけばOK3年ほどで独り立ちできます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・工場内の設備の点検・修理対応

・工具交換や簡単なメンテナンス

・現場からの改善相談への対応 など

軽微な修理は社内で対応し、大規模な修理はメーカーへ依頼します。

経験を積むほど、「機械の声がわかる」ようになる奥深い仕事です。

08:00 出社・朝礼

08:30 設備点検・修理対応

12:00 昼休憩(社員食堂あり)

13:00 改善依頼や工具整備

17:00 終業(平均残業:月15時間)

内訳:基本給:230,000円~、技術手当3000円~

残業代30,000円~(1分単位での時間に応じて支給)、交通費

・賞与あり:年2回(想定年収3か月分)※前年度3.10か月分支給実績あり

・資格手当制度あり(保有資格に応じ上限50,000円支給)

・昇給あり:月額2%程度の昇給実績あり

・通勤手当あり:実費支給(上限50,000円)※徒歩・自転車通勤はなし
