仕事内容


【戸建て住宅・アパート・マンション(鉄骨造)の新築施工管理】大手グループ〇フレックスタイム制/立川

【仕事内容】

パナソニックグループで安定性。土地活用~設計~施工~販売~リフォームの一気通貫で対応しています。分業制で担当しており、今回は新築施工管理をお任せします。

・作業のスケジュール、工程管理、予算に応じたコスト管理

・資材の発注、職の手配

・施工品質・安全性の確認、現場の安全管理

同業務の担当:7名在籍

案件:戸建住宅、アパートやマンション(3~4階建て)。

躯体:S造(軽量・重量)

現場:多摩エリアメインの東京/埼玉、神奈川も対応する可能性あり(直行直帰可能)。

棟数:会社として50~60棟程度を対応。

【研修について】

研修は基本的にはOJTにて、先輩社員の指導を受けながら業務を覚えていきます。

また、パナソニックホームズ主催の階層別研修やEラーニングによる教育があります。

一級の資格取得に向けた社内勉強会の実施実績があります。

正社員試用期間3ヶ月

【年収・給与】

月給 31万円~38万円年収 460万円~560万円経験、年齢を考慮のもと決定いたします。残業代は別途全額支給。※引渡し翌月に報奨金を支給(1万円~6万円)

週休2日制(土・日)※会社カレンダーによる、夏季、年末年始、時季指定年休(5日)、リフレッシュ休暇、メモリアル休暇、有給(入社半年後に10日付与)
