  • 7時~12時、午前中だけ5hの仕事
  • 土日祝休みの金曜だけや

日曜のみなど週1日~OK

  • 年2回の賞与や特別勤務手当あり、

障害者の自律的な

生活を支援する入所施設です。

利用者とともに、

日常の会話を楽しみつつ、

必要に応じてサポートを行います。

経験や資格は一切問いません。

一人ひとりに寄り添える

一人ひとりの障害状況により

対応は変わりますが、

丁寧にお教えしますので、ご安心ください。

一人でお任せすることはありませんので

未経験であってもムリなく始められます。

おむつの交換や衣類の着脱、食事介助など、

生活のあらゆる場面をサポートする仕事です。

身につけることが、やや多いかな?と

感じられるかもしれません。

学生や、別の仕事をしている副業の方、

また、急なお休みも職員同士が助け合って対応。

梅の里ホームとは

障害のある方が、

自律して毎日を送れるよう、

その支援を行うのが私たち「梅の里ホーム」です。

一昨年度、全部屋を個室へと改修。

団体生活とその中にある個人生活を

養いながらグループホームなど

地域移行できるよう支援します。

たとえばエレベーターにあるスイッチの形状を

使いやすく改良したり、

リフター式の個浴槽を導入したり、

ご自身の力で生活ができるよう、

施設内にはさまざまな工夫が施されています。

いずみ野福祉会について

岸和田市、高石市、泉南市、富田林市、和泉市で

障害者向けの働く場、暮らしの場、学びの場、

余暇支援の場、それぞれを運営しています。

法人全体の利用者は1000名以上。

それに対しパートを含めた

職員は700名以上。

一人ひとりが協力しながら、

業務を進めています。

休みやシフト変更なども柔軟に対応。

残業もほとんどなく、

ワークライフバランスも大切にしていただけます。

ここには、利用者と職員の壁がありません。

実にフラット。

自律的な毎日を送るという目標に向かうために、

ともに考え、行動しています。

コミュニケーションも盛んで、

明るく会話が飛び交っています。

利用者同士が手を貸し合う場面も、

基本給:時給 1180円 〜 1360円
