Job Description
- Job Title: Corporate Planning Manager
- Location: Yokohama, Japan
- Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate strategic plans and objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Provide financial analysis and executive reporting to support decision-making
- Drive M&A activities and integration
- Communicate with stakeholders to align corporate goals and strategies
- 3+ years of corporate planning or finance related experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Good communication skills required - will work closely with senior managers and directors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Fluent Japanese and Buisness English level required
Desired Experience:
- Experience in either M&A, business development, IR related activities preferred
- CPA or accounting certification equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a multinational corporation preferred
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary ranging from ¥7,000,000 to ¥12,000,000
