Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Japanese Language Teacher to join our team in Guwahati. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in preparing students for professional careers in Japan by strengthening their Japanese language skills and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured Japanese language lessons
- Teach Japanese with a focus on workplace and real-world communication
- Develop engaging learning materials and activities
- Guide students on Japanese culture, etiquette, and professional practices
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align language training with Japan job requirements
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT certification preferred)
- Experience in Japanese language teaching and lesson planning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Good understanding of Japanese culture
- Bachelor's degree, Japanese Studies, or related field (preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
