Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Japanese Language Teacher to join our team in Guwahati.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in preparing students for professional careers in Japan by strengthening their Japanese language skills and cultural understanding.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver structured Japanese language lessons
Teach Japanese with a focus on workplace and real-world communication
Develop engaging learning materials and activities
Guide students on Japanese culture, etiquette, and professional practices
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to align language training with Japan job requirements
Qualifications
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT certification preferred)
Experience in Japanese language teaching and lesson planning
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Good understanding of Japanese culture
Bachelor's degree, Japanese Studies, or related field (preferred)
Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
