KDDIのグループ会社として、DX化、業務効率化など、中小企業がオフィス環境で抱える課題に対して、通信を軸にオフィスに関わるソリューションをワンストップでご提供しています。顧客のビジネスモデルや事業特性に応じた仮説型提案や、顕在・潜在課題に対する一元的なソリューション提案でお客さまの経営・事業レベルの課題解決に導きます。

  • 営業スタイル|チームでお客さまのはたらく環境を変えていく

KDDIのサービスをご契約いただいているお客さまに対し、クラウドサービスやインターネットなどを中心に追加のご提案を行っていただきます。まずは、後任担当としてお客さまを訪問し、お客さまのご要望に対応することで信頼関係を構築していきます。

新規開拓の場合でも、社内にいる専門チームと連携したり、技術的な提案はエンジニアのバックアップがあったりと、一人ではなくチームで案件を進めるため、業界未経験の方でも安心して営業にチャレンジできます。

  • フォロー体制・研修制度|業界未経験でも活躍できる環境

入社後は17営業日の集合型の研修制度があり、業界知識や営業スキル、商材知識を習得してから現場配属となるため、業界未経験の方でも安心です。現場配属後は先輩の営業に同行し学びながら、徐々にお客さまをご担当いただきます。

商材の知識を深めるための社内勉強会や、資格取得支援制度など、常に最新技術の知識をアップデートするための環境が充実しています。

完全週休二日制(土日祝日休み)で年間休日120日以上*1、毎週水曜日はNo残業デーを導入し、仕事とプライベートの充実化に積極的に取り組んでいます。

勤務時間

9:00~17:30(休憩1時間 所定労働時間7時間30分)

※残業時間は月平均30~40時間程度(個人差あり)

※毎週水曜日はNo残業デー、毎週金曜日はNo残業推奨デーを設けており、仕事とプライベートの充実化に積極的に取り組んでいます

・営業経験3年以上(対法人・個人、商材問わず)

・普通自動車運転免許
