What will I be doing?
セールス・コーディネーターとして、事務、カスタマーサービス、セールスリード開発の観点から、営業チームを全面的にサポートし、将来的なリピートビジネスを開拓していただきます。具体的には、以下の業務を最高水準で遂行します:
- 収益を最大化するために、新しいコンタクト先を特定し、セールスリードを開拓し、セールス機会に対応する。
ホテルのアメニティ、パッケージ、プロモーションを十分に理解する。
セールスリードを生み出し、開拓し、潜在顧客と接触してビジネス関係を構築する。
見積書を作成し、すべての顧客に確認書を提出する。
セールスディレクターと上級管理職のニーズを満たす正確でタイムリーなレポートを作成する。
定期的に顧客満足度をモニターし、未解決の問題があれば解決し、将来のビジネスを確保する。
