Your Key Responsibilities

  • Introduction of Schaeffler products such as bearings, mechatronics and electronics products to the Japanese market to achieve budget sales and target profitable level for responsible customers.
  • Retain and manage current business with existing customers while offering to expand further business by providing product proposals, quotes, and technical/quality support.
  • Acquire new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for information management, including registration and application procedures to various IT systems such as SAP, Salesforce, TEAMS, etc.
  • Negotiation and communication with Schaeffler production sites overseas and project teams globally

    • Your Qualifications

    Mandatory:

  • Sales skills and experience (not limited to mechanical field)
  • Conversational communication skill in English
  • Data processing skills in Excel
  • IT infrastructure literacy in TEAMS, Salesforce, SAP etc.
  • Presentation skills with PPT

    • Desirable:

  • Sales experience in mechanical/electrical field
  • Leadership experience in projects or other activities
  • Flexibility for cross-cultural interactions

    • Language Skill:

  • Native level of Japanese proficiency
  • English proficiency in reading, writing and basic conversational skills. TOEIC score of 600 Conversation skill will be checked at the interview."
