◎仕事内容

制作アシスタントとしてお葬式の祭壇・供花に使うフラワーアレンジメント製作や、お花の手入れなどを行っていただきます。

【フラワーアレンジメントとは?】

ただ単に、「花を生けたつくりもの」ではございません。

葬式の祭壇におけるフラワーアレンジメントとは、「故人への想いを捧げる色彩豊かな花の贈り物」です。

例えば、故人が海を愛した人ならブルー系と白い花で波を表現したり

ガーデニングが好きだった人なら庭のような温かい雰囲気を作ったり...

遺族が故人の生前の姿を思い出し、「あの人らしかったね」と心の中で語りかけられるような、

故人の人生の物語を花で語り直すことができる最高のお別れの舞台。

それが当社におけるフラワーアレンジメントのお仕事です。

今回は、その祭壇の製作においてのアシスタント職の募集となります。

【具体的には...】

おもに以下の3つの仕事をおまかせいたします。

【1】お花の水やり・手入れ

→市場から入荷したお花を手早くお手入れ

お花がきれいな色を保つための重要なポイントです。

【2】配送スタッフの補助

→配送スタッフのトラックへの積み込みをサポートします。

【3】祭壇、供花のアレンジメント製作

→祭壇で使うお花の仕入れやお花が綺麗な状態で長持ちするように手入れをします。

葬儀の予約が入れば、そのオーダーに合わせた祭壇や供花をアレンジメントし、作成します。

◎未経験からでも大丈夫入社後のステップ

■STEP1: まずは「フラワーアレンジメント」を知ってもらうところから

オリエンテーションで会社のルールやビジネスマナー、冠婚葬祭、セレモニー業界などの基礎を学んでいただきます。

■STEP2:業務の一連の流れ、雰囲気を掴む

先輩社員と一緒に、生花の調達、鮮度の確認、品質管理を行います。

先輩の動きを見たり、聞いたりして、

ひとつずつできることを増やしていきましょう

■STEP3:アレンジメントに挑戦

先輩のサポートのもと、供花のアレンジメントにも挑戦してもらいます。

「見て覚えろ」ではなく、ひとつひとつ丁寧に教えていきます。

自分の手で作品が生まれる楽しさを実感してみてください

上司OKが貰えたら、晴れて一人立ちです

※同行期間の目安は1か月前後ですが、個人の習得スピードによって変動します。

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00~18:00(休憩60分)

シフト制

■残業月平均10~30時間

※基本的には10時間程度ですが、

繁忙期には、月30~40時間の

残業が発生してしまう場合もあります。

■他勤務時間の例

・07:00~16:00

・08:00~17:00

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(シフト制)

希望日を15日までに提出いただき、

25日に次の1か月のシフトが公開されます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥277,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,500〜¥59,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
