・音声認識のデータ作成・評価・チューニング・検証

・競合他社とのベンチマークを含む評価方法の設計と評価

・エンドツーエンドのシステムテスト,検証,顧客へのデリバリのサポート

・顧客要求の明確化・課題分析のための顧客とのインタフェース

・納期を遵守し高品質な製品を提供するための,社内プロダクトチーム,研究開発,QA,プロジェクトチームとの連携

・日本,中国,グローバルチームとの効率的コミュニケーション

【要求スキル】

・日本語を母国語とし,英語でのコミュニケーションのスキル

・音声認識,音声インタラクション,音声システム,あるいはインテリジェント・コックピット製品に関する3年以上の経験

・車載音声製品(ナビゲーション,音楽,電話などのドメインを扱う音声アシスタント)に関する理解

・製品への要求分析能力,顧客との効果的コミュニケーションスキル

・音声認識,チューニング,システムインテグレーションの実務経験

・C/C++, Python, あるいはJavaのプログラミング経験,Linux/Unixの基本知識

・関連技術分野における学士以上の学位

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior / Principal Voice Product Engineer (ASR) with strong Japanese language expertise to drive the design and delivery of in-vehicle voice interaction solutions.

This role focuses on intelligent cockpit voice products, combining ASR knowledge with product requirements analysis, system evaluation, customer communication, and cross-team coordination, particularly for the Japanese market.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver automotive voice interaction solutions, with a focus on Japanese ASR use cases.
  • Analyze product and customer requirements and translate them into technical and system-level specifications.
  • Support ASR data preparation, evaluation, tuning, and validation.
  • Define and execute ASR and voice feature testing, including competitive benchmarking.
  • Perform ASR error analysis and work with R&D teams on optimization and issue resolution.
  • Support end-to-end system testing, customer validation, and project delivery.
  • Act as a technical interface to customers for requirement clarification and issue analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, R&D, QA, and program teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-regional teams (Japan, China, and global).

Qualifications
Required

  • Native Japanese; strong English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in ASR, voice interaction, speech systems, or intelligent cockpit products.
  • Solid understanding of voice-enabled cockpit products (navigation, media, phone, assistants).
  • Ability to analyze product requirements and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Hands-on experience in ASR evaluation, tuning, or system integration.
  • Programming experience in C/C++, Python, or Java; familiarity with Linux/Unix.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant technical field.

Preferred

  • Experience with Japanese automotive OEMs or joint ventures (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda).
