伴う設備工事の提案を行います。

ご紹介いただいたお客様への
提案のため新規ノルマは一切なし
紹介&リピートが中心なので、
お客様を大事にできる営業です。

《 仕事の流れ 》
①パートナー企業からのご紹介

ビルメンテナンスなどを行う
パートナー企業から、
「この顧客の電気工事を行って欲しい」
といった依頼が舞い込みます。
②お客様へのヒアリング

ご紹介いただいたお客様へ連絡し、
ご要望やご予算感などをヒアリングします。
パートナー企業からの紹介なので、
お客様との会話や提案もスムーズで、
コミュニケーションが好きな方や、
お客様を大事にしたい方に最適です
③現地調査やお見積のご提出

ある程度話がまとまったら
現地調査をして詳細な見積を作成。
OKが出たら工事の準備を進めます。
④工事の日程や人員の調整

OKが出たら工事のスケジュール策定や、
社内外の関係者に連絡して
工事の調整や準備を進めていきます。
⑤技術チームへの引き継ぎ
―――――――――――――――
ある程度まで進んだら
施工班(技術チーム)へ引き継ぎ。
営業担当は工事全体の進捗管理や、
工事後のアフターフォローを行います。

既にやり取りのあるパートナー企業や、
そこからご紹介いただいたお客様への
提案のため受注率が非常に高いです。
いわゆる新規開拓前提の営業とは
かなりスタイルの違う営業職で、
【お客様へのヒアリング力】や
【電力設備や工事に関する知識】
【丁寧に説明を行う誠実さ】などが
営業としての成長につながる仕事です。
