不動産会社の中でも、特に不動産投資‧売買を⾏っている部⾨での利⽤が中⼼的で、
⾦融機関では、銀⾏での担保評価、⽣命保険‧リース、会社での資産運⽤でも活⽤されています。
建設会社では、不動産投資だけでなく建設営業の現場での利⽤も広がっています。
近年は、不動産仲介での利⽤が急速に拡⼤しており、多様なプレイヤーが存在する中でさらなるビジネスの拡張を可能としています。

■ 職務内容

現在、業界大手企業を含むエンタープライズクライアントへの導入が着実に進行する中で、顧客からの機能要望は多様化し、導入支援に必要な技術的要素の複雑さも増しています。

そこで、サービスの安定的な導入と導入後のサポートを推進するため、現在のプロダクト開発に加え、プロジェクトマネジメント体制の強化がプロダクト開発部門の急務となっています。

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、エンタープライズクライアントの要求を適切に管理し、サービスの円滑な導入と運用を支援する責任を担います。

クライアントとの緊密な連携と継続的なサポートを通じて、顧客満足度を高め、サービスの価値を顧客立場で最大化する役割を担います。

・クライアントとの期待値管理および効果的なコミュニケーションの実施

・導入プロジェクトのスケジュール立案と提案

・クライアント組織における導入・運用体制構築の支援

・既存のプロダクト仕様内で効率的な業務プロセスの提案(Excelや各種ツールを活用)

・技術的な要件が発生した際のプロダクトマネージャー(PdM)へのスムーズな伝達

・クライアントからのフィードバックを収集し、PdMと連携して製品改善に反映

・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理およびステークホルダーへの報告

・リスクの特定・管理およびイシュー解決の推進

・クライアントとの良好な関係を構築し維持

■ 応募資格

・BtoB SaaSまたはエンタープライズシステムの導入・運用支援経験(3年以上)

・クライアントマネジメントおよびコンサルティングスキル

・優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル

・問題解決能力とクリティカルシンキング

・プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識と実務経験

・各種ビジネスツールを活用した業務最適化スキル

・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力

・ドキュメンテーションスキル(提案資料や進捗レポート作成など)

■ 歓迎条件

・カスタマーサクセスマネージャーとしての実務経験

・プロジェクト管理またはシステム導入支援の経験

・ビジネスプロセス改善や変更管理の実績

・技術的な要件を非技術者にも分かりやすく説明できる能力

・アジャイル開発手法の理解と実践経験

・分析スキル(統計分析やデータ可視化の基礎)
