- 中小規模で多面的かつ複雑なクライアント主導プログラムに参加し、クライアントの成功と品質の基準を満たすための取り組みを支援する
- 顧客ステークホルダーとの要件定義・設計ワークショップを主導・所有
- 詳細要件及び機能設計書を作成し、オフショア開発チームへ説明
- 開発ソリューションの検証及び顧客ステークホルダーへのデモンストレーション、承認手続きの推進
- 顧客との質疑応答・説明において、オフショア機能・技術チームを支援

- Microsoft Dynamics AXにおける7年以上の経験、及びMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&Oにおける1件以上の導入実績
- 財務分野におけるビジネス分析または機能コンサルティング経験8年以上
- 以下のモジュールのうち5つ以上での経験:勘定科目表、買掛金、売掛金、固定資産、総勘定元帳、現金・銀行モジュール、税務、予算編成、原価計算
- 業界知識とベストプラクティスに関する幅広い深い理解
- 高度な分析手法を理解・活用し、複雑な顧客シナリオを特定・解決する能力
- 高い影響力を持つコミュニケーション能力
