【ERP/CRMエンジニア】市場価値の高いエンジニア/客先常駐/年休125日以上/年収~1200万
【仕事内容】
【業務概要】
同ポジションはDynamics365の任意モジュール(特にFOまたはCRM)や関連システム(Power Platform、SharePoint)の設計、開発、検証リリース
など一連のタスクを担当していただきます。
顧客の現場ニーズに基づき、業務内容を整理し、要件定義から要望をヒアリング、書類作成、システム設計を行います。
開発とメンテナンスのスケジュールに沿って、スムーズにタスクを完了できるようにします。
【業務詳細】
・要件定義・設計 :業務要件に基づく標準機能の適用範囲を定義し、不足部分を補う拡張機能を設計
・開発支援 :Dynamics 365上でのカスタマイズ機能開発およびテストのサポート
・導入支援 :ユーザー業務に沿った機能説明書やマニュアル作成、トレーニング実施
・移行作業 :既存システム(AX 2012)のデータ移行計画を策定し、クレンジング・検証を実施
・業務プロセス最適化:Dynamics 365導入後の業務プロセスを分析し、最適な業務フローを提案
・海外拠点対応 :各国の会計基準や業務要件に合わせたローカライズ対応
【案件例】
- 某省庁基幹システム導入: Dynamics365 CEを使用、スタンダード機能と拡張機能設計開発支援
- 大手小売商社: 海外販社拠点へ向け、Dynamics 365 FO財務会計パッケージ導入支援
- 大手自動車: Dynamics 365 AX2012からD365 F&Oへの移行支援
