【仕事内容】

Webグループ、新規サービスグループでは以下の業務に取り組んでいます。

【具体的には】

・医師、薬剤師向け転職サイト、口コミサイト等のWebアプリケーション開発

・医療機関向け採用支援サービスの開発

・産業医紹介サービス(健康経営事業)の開発

・モバイルアプリ(各キャリアサイト)の開発

・各サービスの新機能提案

<入社後、お任せしたい業務例>

・担当サービスの新機能企画、仕様策定

・Ruby on RailsまたはKotlin+Spring Framework、PostgreSQL、Redis、Elasticsearchを用いたバックエンド開発

・AWS、Dockerを用いたインフラ構築

・Vue.jsを用いたフロントエンド開発

ITを活用した事業課題の解決スピード向上を図るため、

ビジネスサイドのメンバーと共に企画と仕様をまとめ、開発からリリース後の機能改善までを一気通貫で行っていただきます。システム開発ではWebアプリケーションのサーバーサイド開発が中心ですが、フロントエンドの開発にも携わり、UXの改善を含めたサービス成長をリードしていただくポジションです。

<担当フェーズ>

要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、開発、開発したシステムの効果検証・改善

【求める人材】

・Webアプリケーション開発経験3年以上(開発言語は問いません。)

【歓迎】

・Ruby on Rails等のフレームワークを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験

・ビジネスサイドまたは顧客との折衝経験

・AWS、Dockerを用いた開発経験

・新規サービスの構築から運用までの経験

・論理的コミュニケーション力:メッセージを端的に、分かりやすく伝えることができる

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
