The Role
インベストメント部門のポートフォリオソリューション担当として、関連法規および社内規定を遵守しながら、WTWのインベストメントソリューションのクライアントとの関係維持のためのクライアントサービス活動や関係深化のためのプロモーションを担当します。日本および海外のインベストメントアソシエイトと密接に連携し、チームメンバー、コンプライアンスおよび法務担当者、コーポレートファンクションのメンバーと協力して業務を進めていきます。
主な職務内容:
- クライアントアカウント管理
- クライアントとの円滑なコミュニケーション:投資ファンドの投資パフォーマンスや投資行動に関する情報の定期的な提供、顧客からの日々の問い合わせへの対応など
- クライアント向け月次・四半期報告資料の作成およびレビュー
- WTWインベストメントソリューションおよびWTW投資ファンドに関するマーケティング資料の作成・レビュー
- 年金基金、寄付財団等の機関投資家に対するWTWインベストメントソリューションの販売促進、または販売促進の支援
- 投資先アセットマネージャーとのリレーションシップの管理、または管理サポート
- 日本およびその他の地域のインベストメントアソシエイトとのコラボレーション
- 関連法規およびWTWのプロフェッショナル・エクセレンス・ポリシーと手順の遵守
- その他必要な業務

Essential
- 資産運用会社や信託銀行における、クライアント対応や営業の経験が1年以上
- 投資一任業務に関する一般的な知識
- マーケティング活動や事業拡大に対する積極的な姿勢
- チームプレーヤー
- パワーポイント、エクセル、ワード、ブルームバーグ端末等の技術的な専門知識
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英語ビジネスレベル:特に翻訳に必要な高い読解力と、ビジネスレベルのリスニングとスピーキング

CMA、CFA、FIA、または同等の資格
