営業部門全体の統括を行っていただきます
【職務詳細】
■代理店(リセラー・ディストリビュータ)経由の販売戦略立案と実行
■中堅法人顧客への直接提案・交渉、エンタープライズ案件の獲得
■中堅・中小企業向けセキュリティソリューションの新規市場開拓
■事業部制や製品サービスに応じたKPI/KGI設計、予実管理
■他部門(技術、マーケティング等)との連携によるGo-To-Market推進
■営業人材の採用・育成・評価(プリセールスSE等との連携含む)

■ネットワークセキュリティサービス(MSS、UTM等)
■エンドポイントセキュリティ製品サービス(EPP、EDR、バックアップ等)
■ネットワークインテグレーション(ネットワーク設計、構築サービス)
【パートナー企業について】
■通信回線キャリア、システムインテグレーター、販売会社等

【求める人材】
【必須】
■IT業界(特にセキュリティ、ネットワーク)の法人営業経験10年以上
■営業マネジメント経験5年以上(10~40名程度)
■代理店営業、パートナーアライアンスの経験
■中堅法人顧客向けの提案・交渉経験
■クロスセル/アップセルによる既存顧客深耕、もしくは新規代理店開拓の実績
■営業戦略の立案から実行・数値管理までリードした実績
■サイバーセキュリティに関する知識
■ネットワーク(Router/FW等)に関する知識
【尚可】
■セキュリティ商材(UTM、EDR、SASE、SOCサービス等)の販売経験
■事業部制や新規事業立ち上げにおける営業体制の構築経験
【給与】
年収:800万~1000万程度
年俸制:月額666666円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

昇給:年1回(4月)
