ご来店されたお客様への対面による貸付・返済等のご案内及び営業に携わる業務を中心とした接客業務です。金融及び、法的知識については、未経験からでも安心してスタートできるよう、基礎から丁寧にお教えします。 今までにも多くの未経験者の方が管理職へ登用されています。

9時00分〜18時00分(昼休憩60分)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 14万7000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6000円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万7200円

月給 271,200円 (基本給147,000円、職能手当67,200円,固定残業代51,000円、皆勤手当6,000円)

・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を支給します。基本的に30時間を超える事はございませんが、超過分については法定通り追加で支給します。

・皆勤手当は遅刻欠勤がない場合に支給します。

・月給表記ですが欠勤控除があります。

・試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態の条件に変更はありません。

給与例


入社2年 営業主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約30万 推定年収約450万円

入社3年 主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約34万、推定年収約500万円

入社10年 店長(家族あり)の場合 月収約50万 推定年収約760万円

※入社2年以上の95%が役職者となっています。

  • 賞与年3回(うち1回は決算賞与です)

  • 永年勤続褒賞金制度あり(勤続1年目1万円、2年目2万円と1年ごとに支給し、勤続5年目までで合計15万円支給、5年目以降は5年区切りで10万円、15万円、20万円、25万円、30万円、35万円、勤続40年目で40万円と勤続年数分の褒賞金を支給します)
