\埼玉密着のゼネコン営業職を募集/
埼玉県西部を中心に、商業施設や福祉施設、
医療施設、工場などの建築プロジェクトにおける
営業活動をお任せします。
地域に根ざし、長く信頼されてきた当社で
既存顧客や設計事務所との関係構築を深めながら、
提案型の営業を進めていくポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
・既存顧客や設計事務所への定期訪問
・顧客課題やニーズのヒアリング
・自社の強みを活かした提案資料の作成
・プレゼンテーション、交渉、契約締結
・プロジェクト後のフォローアップ
・社内設計・施工部門との連携・戦略立案
営業対象は法人や設計事務所、金融機関が中心で
新規開拓よりも信頼関係を育てる営業スタイルです。

【必須条件】
- ゼネコン営業経験をお持ちの方 (大規模建築プロジェクトの受注プロセスを理解し、既存顧客・設計事務所・金融機関との折衝・提案・交渉を一通り行える方を求めています。)
- 普通自動車免許第一種

8:30~17:30(実働8時間、休憩60分)

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥7,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000〜¥70,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:295,000円~470,000円(一律手当を含む)
(内訳:基本給250,000円~400,000円 + 固定残業手当45,000円~70,000円)
※経験・スキル等を考慮の上、決定いたします。
【固定残業代について】
月給には30時間分の固定残業代(45,000円~70,000円)を含みます。
※30時間を超過した時間外労働に対しては、別途残業手当を全額支給いたします。
※月の平均残業時間は12時間程度と、固定残業時間よりも大幅に少ない実績です。
