仕事内容:

大手損害保険会社の営業部門にてにて、一般事務をお願いします。

一般のお客様・代理店からの窓口電話照会、自賠責保険の異動受付対応、データ抽出などをお任せします。

部署内の事務処理サポートのポジションなので、庶務的な業務もお任せする事があります。

しっかり教えていただける環境なので、損保未経験の方もチャレンジできます

残業ほぼナシ車通勤OK

・一般のお客様・代理店の窓口電話照会(問い合わせ対応、1日20件程度)

・メール対応

・自賠責保険の異動受付対応

・代理店指導のためのデータ抽出

・来客対応、ファイリング、その他庶務
