店舗責任者候補

【主なお仕事について】

①店舗運営管理:在庫数、在庫品質、店舗クリンネス、KPIなど

②人材育成:商談フォロー、新人研修、面談など

③顧客管理:点検、車検、乗換、クレーム対応など

④分析業務:車種、目玉車、プライス調整、仕入車輛など

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8h / 休憩60分)

※基本的に残業は御座いませんが

1~2時間程度ある場合が御座います

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥400,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,986〜¥110,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月収:40万円~
