【仕事内容】

【ミッション】

SDNゲートウェイサービス・セキュアモバイルアクセスなどの法人NW系ゲートウェイサービスの技術主管メンバーとして参画し、最新のSoftware Defined Infrastructureを利用したサービスを提供することでお客さまの課題解決を行い、DXの実現をご支援する

【主な業務】

自社データセンターでのNW系ゲートウェイサービスに関わる企画部門、運用部門と連携した、サービス設計・開発・試験・商用リリース後の提案サポート、およびメンテナンス対応(各種EoL対応、脆弱性や不具合などに伴う検証対応・バージョンアップ作業)など

【具体的な業務】

・自社NW系ゲートウェイサービス開発では、自社データセンターや各種NW・サーバ設備を活用したゲートウェイサービスの設計、開発、試験、商用サービスリリース

・サービス開発に向けた調査・検討、技術仕様の策定、運用検討

・商用サービスリリース後のメンテナンス対応(各種EoL対応、脆弱性や不具合などに伴う検証対応・バージョンアップ作業)や障害発生時の運用部門と連携した原因調査対応

・上記サービスに関する顧客および営業・SEからの技術問い合わせ対応、必要に応じて技術検証などの提案支援

【求める人材】

・ネットワークに関する設計/構築/検証経験

・基本/詳細設計書、マニュアルなどの作成、および改定経験

・性能試験や機能試験の項目作成、試験実施、試験結果報告書の作成経験

<求めるマインド【必須】>

・受け身ではなく自ら率先して課題を形成でき、使命感と当事者意識を持って業務に取り組める方

・様々な課題に対して顧客、ビジネス、市場動向、セキュリティなど多角的に考慮し、チームでブレイクスルーを目指せる方
