私たちバルスは、主に3つの事業を展開しています。
- ライブや番組、動画、MV、グッズなどの運営に必要な制作全般を担う「XRプロダクション」
- アーティストの運営をサポートするファンマネジメントツールの「SPWN」
- アニメ制作スタジオ「Ziine Studio」の運営および自社アーティスト・声優番組の運営
これらの事業を行うのは、
「アーティストとファンが世界中のどこにいても一緒に楽しめる場所を創る」という想いから。
住んでいる場所や活動方法に関係なく、世界中のどこからでも活動ができ、
アーティストの届けたいものを世界中のファンに届け、
そのファンからの応援で活動をしていける世界を創りたいと考えています。
ただ、現状、場所や資金がなく十分な収入が得られず
活動ができなくなっているアーティストさんが多いです。
そういった方々に、テレビやスマートフォンの次に来るメディアと言われている
XR技術を活用し、場所に関係なく活動できるプラットフォームと、
その活動できちんと収益化できるツールを提供したいと考えています。
また、これまでに培った技術やノウハウを活用して、今までにない新しい価値を創造すべく、
新規事業も発足しております。

「なぜ」から始まる疑問にロジカルな答えを持っているのがプロ。
ロジカルな答えは、感覚や経験ではなく、数字や事実をベースに
自分の言葉で説明ができること。

ゴールに到達するために、できない理由を探すより、
できるようにするやり方を考える。
停滞することは衰退と考え、ブレずにゴールを目指す。

募集背景
当社は、まだ「VTuber」という言葉が広まり始めた頃から、バーチャルライブの制作・配信に取り組んできました。業界の成長とともに、バーチャルライブの制作から配信、チケット販売、グッズ販売まで一貫して提供できる体制を整えています。
最近では案件数やイベントの規模が増加しており、より安定した事業運営のため、ライブ配信技術を担当いただける方を募集します。

業務内容
- モーションキャプチャスタジオでのライブ配信・映像収録に関わる各種オペレート
- コンサート・イベント会場での配信送出オペレート
- 配信機材、スタジオ機材の管理
- 映像収録・簡単な編集 ※トリミングやテロップ入れ等の簡易的な編集
- また、状況によりスタジオ技術全般も対応いただく場合があります。
- スタジオにおけるモーションキャプチャ・Unityシステムのオペレート
使用技術
- AJA/HELOやWebPresenterなどのハードウェアを使用したサーバーへの映像配信
- OBSなどの配信ソフトウェアを使用したテロップ・映像等映像合成
- 業務用映像機器を用いた、映像のルーティング、スイッチング
- 各種インターネット回線の設定、検証
採用要件
必須要件
- OBSやその他配信ソフトウェアを使用した配信経験(実務、個人問わず、1年以上目安)
- 映像技術の基礎知識
歓迎要件
- テレビ、インターネットにおける放送・配信技術分野での1年以上の実務経験
- 業務用スイッチャー・エンコーダーの使用経験
- 映像編集、デザインなど、ビジュアルクリエイティブに関わる経験
- Adebe Premiere Proの使用経験
- インターネット・ネットワーク周りの知識・運用経験

- 映像技術に興味があり、バーチャルライブおける新しい技術にチャレンジしたい方
- 映像技術の知識や経験をもとに、各セクションのスタッフと円滑なコミュニケーションがとれる方
