仕事内容:

全国9都府県で介護事業を展開するエクセレントグループの営業担当として、主に以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

【主な業務】

・医療、福祉、介護分野の人材紹介サービスの新規顧客開拓

・高齢者施設等の入居先を探しているお客様への施設紹介業務

・エクセレントグループの人材管理、コーディネート業務

・新サービスの医療・福祉人材紹介サービスのシステム構築

◇主な営業先

病院、大学、専門学校、特別養護老人ホーム、介護老人保健施設、有料老人ホーム、保育施設、居宅介護支援事業所等

※営業は直行直帰が可能です。

《仕事のポイント》

★人材紹介事業のスタートアップとして主に新規顧客開拓・サービスの仕組化に携わっていただきます。

既に自社グループで100を超える介護事業所を運営ノウハウを構築している為、運営で求める人材を外部法人に提案が可能です。

また、入居紹介についてもノウハウがございます。(業界未経験の方でも大歓迎です。)

※グループ法人の株式会社EXキャリアサービスへ出向して勤務となります。

■正職員/25.5 万円~28.5 万円 + インセンティブ + 諸手当

└基本給:225,000~255,000円

└地域手当:25,000円、皆勤手当:5,000円

※基本給の給与幅は職能給によって変動します。

自社施設紹介 2件=5 万円

他社施設紹介 2件=6万円

人材紹介 1件=24万円
