主な業務内容
ホテル内レストランでの調理業務をお任せします。
・食材の仕入れや在庫管理、仕込み
・メニューの調理、盛り付け
・食器や調理器具の洗浄、後片付け など
お客様のひと時をより良いものにするため、心を込めて丁寧に調理していきましょう
わからないことは先輩社員がすぐ助けます

江戸時代の旅籠をイメージした店内は、コンセプトの異なる4つの空間に分かれています。
お客様には、ご来店のたびに異なる雰囲気を楽しんでいただいています。
- 草庵:和の清楚感があふれる落ち着いた雰囲気の空間に、カウンター席を設けています。
- 雲水:「富士」のふすま絵がシンボルとなった、離れの茶室カウンターです。
- 車座:和空間をパーテーションで間仕切りし、中・小個室としてもご利用いただける大個室です。
- 蜜月:行燈を置き、落ち着いた雰囲気を演出金山の夜景を眺められる窓際のカップル席です。

落ち着いた和空間でご提供するのは、料理長自慢の旬の食材を使った創作和食。
