TRUSTART株式会社は全国の不動産、金融、インフラ業界の会社様に代わり不動産調査を実施しているスタートアップ企業です。
「忙しいのでうちの代わりに役所での資料取得をお願いしたい」というニーズは全国各地にございます。
不動産調査の一環には役所/法務局等での書類取得があるのですが、今回千葉県の役所/法務局等に対して書類取得をお願い出来る方を探しております。

お願いしたい業務は
- 役所/法務局等へ往訪
- 書類取得ならびに内容のスキャン
- 受け取った書類をPDFで送付および弊社(東京)まで発送
の3工程のみです

【詳細のお仕事の流れ】
①TRUSTARTから書面取得を依頼します。
②役所や法務局等で当社の指定通りに書類を取得いただきます。
③取得された書類をスキャンし、スキャンデータをTRUSTARTへ共有いただきます。
④取得した書面をレターパックにて当社へ郵送願います。
求める人材:
【必須】
・メールと電話両方でのやり取りが可能な方
・当社から依頼後3営業日中に役所/法務局への往訪が可能な方
・役所/法務局から書面取得後、遅滞なく当社へスキャンデータの共有ならびに郵送をいただける方
勤務時間・曜日:
時間自由 / 平日稼働
休暇・休日:
1か月につき数日の稼働です。
クライアント様から「忙しいので代わりに書面を取得してほしい」とニーズが発生したタイミングで書面取得をお願いいたしますので、当社から依頼したタイミングで役所や法務局等への往訪をお願いいたします。
勤務地:
どの法務局/役所等に往訪を依頼するかは、依頼時のご連絡の際にお伝えさせていただきます。
給与:
一回の書面取得につき2,000円(交通費除く)を報酬としてお支払いさせていただきます。
取得や郵送にかかる費用(収入印紙、印刷代、レターパック代等)は一時立て替えを行っていただき、後日報酬と併せて精算させていただきます。
