【仕事内容】

<業務内容>

タイミーのサービス開発をするプロダクト開発チームの開発生産性を高め、持続可能にする基盤の開発と運用を担うことをミッションとしたPlatform Engineerをお任せします。

SREなどDevOps領域に特化したメンバーとともにエンジニアの生産性向上にイニシアティブを持ち、サービス拡張性を意図した開発環境の最適化やエンジニアが利用する各種SaaSの管理など、課題の抽出から問題提起、改善活動まで一貫して携わっていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・AWS、GCPなどパブリッククラウドを利用したシステム環境構築および運用

・ソフトウェアエンジニアリングによるシステムの技術的な問題の発見、解決

・デプロイやサーバセットアップ等の各種オペレーションを自動化するためのツールの開発、運用

・障害検知やキャパシティプランニングのためのモニタリング環境の構築、運用

・アプリケーションやミドルウェアの運用、パフォーマンスの改善

・システムのSecurity Hardening

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・TCP/IP、HTTPなどのネットワークプロトコルについての基礎知識

・パフォーマンス低下などシステムの技術的問題の原因を発見、解決するための能力

・システムのパフォーマンスや信頼性を向上させるのに必要なアプリケーション、ミドルウェアへの機能追加、バグ修正を行うためのプログラミング能力

・toCまたはtoBの商用システムにおけるAWS、GCP等の各種クラウドサービスの利用・運用経験(3年以上)

・Ruby(Ruby on Rails)ないし他の言語を用いたWebアプリケーションの開発、運用経験

・MySQL等のRDBMSの運用経験

・Infrastructure as Codeの導入、実践、運用経験
